Important Documents to Carry to Exam Centre

- A printed copy of the UGC NET Admit Card
- One valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.)

What is UGC NET Exam?
The UGC NET examination is conducted twice a year by NTA. It determines the eligibility of candidates for the post of Assistant Professor and for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Indian universities and colleges. The exam is conducted in more than 83 subjects.
The test consists of two papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2. Both papers are compulsory and are conducted in a single session of three hours without any break.
